As we approach the holiday season, we want to share our plan to ensure everyone receives a wonderful gift in time for the holidays.
Order by Monday 11/23 to ensure your painting is received by Christmas
It takes time for our artists to bring your photos to life. Make sure to order by Monday, 11/23 to receive a gift by Christmas.
Anything ordered between Monday 11/23 - Monday 11/30 may likely arrive by 12/25, but it is a risk
However, if you order by the end of November, you can wrap up a photo of the in-progress painting! Trust us, your friends, family and loved ones will still be AMAZED when they receive their work of art.
For any paintings ordered as a Christmas gift after 11/30, Paintru can provide a photo of the in-progress art by 12/25
If you still want your painting framed, not to worry! You can send it back to be framed - at no additional cost.
We will send the rolled painting along with a pre-paid shipping label so you can send back to have framed after the gift is opened.
If you've ordered a painting by 11/16
We expect to be able to have your artwork completed and framed in time for Christmas day.
If you ordered only a painting or a stretched painting (no frame), we will be able to get you the artwork in time for Christmas with no issues.
If you order after 11/16
The framing may not be completed by Christmas–however you'll still have your painting!
If we think there is a chance that your painting will not be finished with framing by Christmas, we will send it to you rolled in a tube with a pre-paid shipping label included so that you can give the artwork in time for the special day, then send it off to be framed and returned to you at your convenience.
