An Important Note on Holiday Orders

Currently, in this year's busy holiday season our average painting takes approximately 4-10 days to hand paint.

If revisions are requested your artist will likely complete the request (based on complexity) in approximately five days.

When the paintings are approved we are working closely with shipping carriers to ensure they are in transit for only about 5-7 days.

Q: Is it too late to guarantee delivery by December 25th?

Yes, however, if your order is currently being painted we are still trying our hardest to have it delivered by December 25th.

Q: What are my options if I want to gift Paintru artwork this year for Christmas?

The good news is that there are several options to keep gifting Paintru for the holidays!

If you place an order up until December 15th- we are still able to guarantee a photo of your completed painting prior to December 25th (this also makes for a great way to digitally share your gift!).

If you order physical gift cards by Dec 21st - they will arrive by 12/25 in a hand-painted gift envelope!

e-gift cards have no shipping deadline! That's right, you can purchase right there as you're sitting next to the Christmas tree on Christmas morning.
